Monitoring operational and status notifications of products connected to the IoT service, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, compiling service usage statistics data, improving product, feature, and service quality through statistical research and analysis, taking measures such as usage restrictions for members violating the terms of use, preventing misuse, delivering announcements, checking records of misuse including indiscriminate withdrawal and re-registration of members, and preventing damage.
III. Utilization for marketing and advertising
Information dissemination for new service development and event announcements, provision of customized services, service provision and advertisement based on demographic characteristics, tracking frequency of access, and statistical analysis of members' service usage.
4. Sharing and Provision of Collected Personal Information
The "company" uses users' personal information within the agreed scope and generally does not exceed or share and provide users' personal information to external parties without the user's prior consent. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases.

III. If a user requests withdrawal of consent, the company promptly takes necessary measures, such as destroying collected personal information, to prevent recovery or regeneration.
