A. The App does not work.
1. Please check whether the Nouhaus IoT app is the latest version through your app store.

C. How do I change the App language?
1. Select the [≡] button in the upper right corner of the main screen.

A. How do I connect my device?
- Select Add Device (+) on the main screen and search for nearby devices, or select the device icon to add and follow the registration process.


B. What should I do if I can't find my device?
- If you can't find the device to connect while adding a device, please check the items below.

1. If the device is turned off, turn it on.
2. When starting registration, make sure you select the device icon you want to add correctly.
3. Check whether the device you want to add is connected to another device.
4. If the network signal is poor, please check the network environment again.
5. In addition, the network environment may be temporarily disconnected, so please try again later.


C. How do I disconnect my device?
1. On the main screen, select the settings icon in the upper right corner of the device being connected.
2. Select ‘Disconnect device’.


D. How do I delete a registered device?
1. On the main screen, select the settings icon in the upper right corner of the device being connected.
2. Select 'Delete device'.
3. ‘Do you want to delete it? Deleted content will not be recovered.', click 'CONFIRM', and if you do not agree, click 'CANCEL'.

A. How do I apply for A/S?
- If a problem occurs with the product, you can apply for A/S by contacting the Nouhaus customer center (+82 02-3409-9500) or using Kakao Talk (Channel : Nouhaus).
- A/S consultation hours: Weekdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- The free A/S service period for the product is 1 year, and even within the free A/S period, any cases that occur due to reasons attributable to the customer will be charged a fee.

A. The product is not working.
- Please charge the battery before use.
- It does not work when charging. Please remove the charging cable before use.
- Press and hold the power button for more than 1 second to see if the product turns on.

- Insert the plug correctly to charge.
- Connect the adapter and charging terminal correctly to charge.
- Please charge using the product’s dedicated adapter.


C. The product is turned on, but automatic mode and manual mode do not work.
- Please make sure the lock button is unlocked.
  When the lock button is activated, the product touch buttons do not work.
- Please make sure Bluetooth pairing is activated.
  When activating, press the Bluetooth button for 1 second to initialize it and then operate it.
- Please check whether other touch buttons are pressed.


D. Can I check how much battery is left on my product?
- When connecting the product and the App, you can check the product's current battery remaining level in % at the top right of the main operation screen.


E. What is Special Mode?
- When connecting the product and the App.
- There is a balance mode that massages both left and right sides in a balanced manner, and an intensive massage mode that massages only the left or right side.


F. What is Special Mode 2?
- This is a special mode that can only be operated through the App.
- Use the product's Bluetooth pairing function to play concept sounds created directly by Nouhaus.
- You can experience a massage that fits the concept.
 (Sounds for each concept require downloading via the network.)

- Please change the massage intensity in Special Mode 2 to the mobile device volume.
- Please note that playing at high volume will drain the battery quickly and may affect the lifespan of the product.
- We recommend connecting the audio to the product alone.


G. Is this a product you can trust and use?
- This is a safe product that has received electrical appliance safety certification (KC certification).
- We recommend using the basic mode for 15 minutes up to 3 times a day.
- Even with normal use, be careful, as low-temperature burns may occur if you use the same area for a long period of time.


H. Can pregnant women also use it?
- Use by pregnant women is not recommended.
- For further details, be sure to consult your doctor before use.


I. Can it be used on bare skin?
- It has a warming effect of approximately 42℃ to 52℃.
- Due to the risk of low-temperature burns, direct use on the skin is not recommended.


A. Can I only receive a massage on my back?
- After selecting the massage method you want in Menu → Manual Mode, press Massage Position → Fix on the area you want to massage, and the massage balls will be fixed in that position.


B. To what degree does the chair tilt back?
- Tilts from the default angle of 120 degrees to 145 degrees.
- It reclines electrically and automatically locks in place when you stop.


C. Bluetooth can't connect
- Turn the massage chair's power off and on, then delete NM-SN700 from the device you want to connect to and reconnect it.
- Alternatively, if you select Remote Control Settings → Bluetooth Settings → Reset, Bluetooth will be reset with a notification sound.


D. Is there a lot of noise between floors?
- Unlike other massage chairs, the moving body is not attached to the floor, so there is virtually no noise problem between floors.
- Additionally, you can further reduce noise by placing a rug under the massage chair.


E. Is it possible to replace the leather?
- Exterior parts such as head cushion, back sheet, airbag sheet, etc. can be replaced for a fee.


F. Unlike when I experienced it in the store, the operating sound seems to be louder.
- In stores, you may not be able to hear the sound of the massage chair operating due to surrounding noise.
- In a relatively quiet residential space, you may hear the machine operating sound when the massage chair is in operation, but please be assured that this is a normal operating sound.

Auto 2D mode: This mode that allows users to directly control 3D.
Auto 3D mode: This mode that automatically changes up to 3D adjustment.

  - Basic: This mode that massages the entire body evenly.
  - Recovery: This mode that provides a refreshing feeling by strongly massaging the shoulders.

K. What is Special Mode?
- This is a special mode that can only be operated through the App.
- Driver: This mode that massages the neck and shoulders to relieve stiff muscles while driving.
- Wake Up : This mode that is good for receiving after waking up as the massage range gradually expands.
- Stretching : This mode that includes multiple traction functions to stretch the user's body.
- Sports: This mode that massages the entire body to relax muscles before and after exercise.


L. Can I also connect a speaker every time I connect the product and App?
- After connecting to Bluetooth by selecting 'Bluetooth Audio' in the settings tab of the App and activating auto connection, you can also connect audio every time you start the App and connect to the product.


M. What are ‘sound setting’ in the App?
- This is the sound setting used when connecting the product to Bluetooth audio, and was designed in collaboration with sound master Kukil Yu.
- By selecting 'Sound Setting' in the settings tab of the App, you can select the normal mode for a specialized sound that surrounds the user when sitting on the product, and the speaker mode for a specialized sound when used as a speaker outside the product.
- The TSC mode changes automatically only when the threshold sound control (TSC) function is used.
